Meltdown Monday

It was a hot one today. Temperatures reaching almost 100 degrees. We still headed out to the trails, we just packed some extra hydration which the dogs sure appreciated. We took a beautiful trail at Bort Meadows on the Castro Valley/Oakland border.

Our two Viszla's Dasco and Rez each have their goals when we hit the trails. Dasco, although fully content laying on the couch, is working on his figure and dropping a few extra pounds, while his brother Rez is burning all his pent up energy from the day. He uses his hiking time to just let loose.

The end result is two happy dogs, sleeping the night away at home, what a wonderful world.
